Mirelda began as a vision of a forest woman crowned in mushroom form. Her surface was carved freehand with bark-like texture and finished solely with oxides, allowing the clay and earth tones to remain raw and elemental. She marks the beginning of an evolving body of work exploring the feminine form as woodland being, ancient, rooted, and quietly powerful.
